1. Leasing Schedule 1.1. The minimal lease period for the Computer is 3 months. 1.2. The lease begins on the date for which the Computer has been collected. 1.3. This Agreement may not be terminated before the minimal lease period. 1.4. If the Customer does not wish to continue the lease after the minimal lease period, please inform the Company 14 days in advance to facilitate the return scheduling. 1.5. If no notice of non-renewal were received 14 days prior the end of the lease, it shall be assumed that the Customer wishes to extend the lease by an additional month. 1.6. There are no restrictions towards the use of the Computer, provided that it is not for any malicious purposes, and will not functionally affect it. 1.7. Without the prior approval of the Company, the Customer shall not disassemble or modify the Computer. 1.8. If there is a malfunction, the Company shall provide free maintenance service under normal circumstances, but excluding any malfunctions and damages caused by human error. 2. Rent Schedule 2.1. The security deposit and the prepayment of the first month's rent must be paid in full on or before the day of collection. 2.2. The security deposit amounts to that of one month's rent. 2.3. The number of days of a monthly cycle is the number of days in the respective month of the starting date of the said cycle. 2.4. The rent must be paid in full on or before the first day of that cycle. 2.5. The Company only accepts payment by means of FPS transfer or bank transfer from a real-name verified bank account of the Customer. 2.6. If the Customer has outstanding rent past due by over 14 days, the access to the Computer's functionality will be forfeited, until all amount due has been fully paid off. 3. Return Schedule 3.1. The Customer shall bring the Computer back to the designated address for returning. 3.2. There will not be any refunds for returning the Computer before the lease ends. 3.3. The Customer must return the same Computer as the one collected; serial numbers of the Computer and its constituent parts have been recorded by the Company. 3.4. The recorded hardware serial numbers as mentioned in 3.3 are attached to this Agreement. 3.5. Upon returning, the Computer must be in good condition, or the Customer may risk losing the security deposit. However, the Customer shall not be held accountable for any minor exterior marks, scratches, and fair wear and tear that do not affect the Computer's functionality. 3.6. If the Computer is beyond repair upon its return, the Customer must pay the Computer's full retail value to the Company as compensation. 3.7. If after inspection the Company has no issues with the Computer, the security deposit shall be immediately refunded in full to the Customer. 3.8. The Computer is not for sale; the security deposit in no circumstance can be treated as the purchasing consideration. If the Customer refuses to return the leased Computer, it constitutes theft, and legal action will be taken.
1. 顯卡遲還將以日租計; 2. 必須歸還相同顯卡,本公司已記下顯卡之硬件編號; 3. 歸還時必需完好無缺,否則有機會被扣除按金;外觀上輕微刮花或因合理使用而勞損而不影響使用則不會追究; 4. 如果歸還時完全不能使用,必須照原價或買相同型號及款式顯卡賠償; 5. 月租日數為開始租約期之月份日數計算; 6. 取卡後請盡早試卡,兩日內如有任何問題將安排換卡及補回日數; 7. 即使提早還卡,已繳付之租金將不會有任何退款; 8. 非賣品,按金不可以充當購買而不歸還;租卡不還者為盜竊,本公司必定會追究。
